TRAVEL PROTECTION OPTION (TPO)
Travel Protection Option (TPO) allows you to cancel your Yankee Holidays® arrangements for any reason up to noon Eastern Time on the last business day prior to the first services offered by Yankee Holidays®.

Important:
The TPO must be purchased at time of booking, or when deposit is paid, and is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Carefully read the Cancellation Waiver & Insurance Plan brochure that is included with your travel documents. The TPO does not cover cancellation or “no shows” on the day of departure. A “no show” is defined as a failure to notify Yankee Holidays® of a cancellation prior to noon Eastern Time on the last business day prior to departure. Note: The TPO does not cover any single supplement charges which arise from an individual's traveling companion electing to cancel for any reason prior to departure. In this case, the single supplement will be deducted from the refund of the person who cancels. Division of this charge between the two passengers involved is solely their responsibility. If insufficient funds are deducted from the canceling client, the traveling client will be charged the remaining portion of the single supplement.

Payment of TPO (if chosen) must be received by Yankee Holidays® with your Deposit. The TPO is nontransferable and valid for each applicant only.

When a cancellation is made, the claim will be handled in this manner: Cancellations made before noon Eastern Time on the last business day prior to the first services offered by Yankee Holidays® are eligible for refunds. Applicable cancellation penalties in accordance to the schedule above will be refunded in the form of a future travel voucher that can be used on any Yankee Holidays® trip booked within one year of the date of cancellation. All remaining funds will be refunded via cash or credit to the credit card depending upon the method of payment.
